[Sdpg] East Timor's consul Abel Guterres visiting Tas soon

Dear Bill and friends

East Timor's consul Abel Guterres is visiting Tas soon and wants to work on 
trying to get a herb growing project going on the mountain near his village. 
Mint grows really well there he says and covers the montain.

I was wondering if you could help me learn how to help the people there who 
are battling poverty and need support from whoever can offer it.I would love 
to learn how to access funds, grants and to help villagers to learn the 
responsibilities of managing assistance of various kinds.

We would love to visit and chat if that could be arranged. Or have 
interaction in some way from suitable experienced permaculturists and herb 
growers.
