Hello permie folks!
Penny Livingston will be joining us at the Claremont Colleges on March 6th 
and we would like to invite all of you to come out as well!
Events on March 6th include:

Noon: Vegan Lunch with Penny at the Pomona College Natural Farm
1pm to 5pm:  Tour of Pomona College Natural Farm
and a Workshop on Waterflow and Water-feature design

7Pm: Penny will be speaking at the Humanities Auditorium at Scripps College

these events are FREE!!!!!

Directions:
from the north:
take the 101 south to the 10 east
Exit in Claremont on Indian Hill Blvd Go left on Indian Hill
Take a right on Arrow Highway, take a left at the next light which is 
College Ave
If you are going to the afternoon events:
take a right on Bonita, follow it until it dead ends and take a right, and 
then go left all the way through the parking lot, unitl you see a fence and 
hand painted signs welcoming you to the Pomona College Natural Farm!

If you are going to Penny's talk at 7pm:
still take a left on College Avenue and follow it north till 10th Street and 
take a right, follow it until it dead ends and take a right on Columbia Ave 
(you can park anywhere at this point) you are now at Scripps college,
take the first right after you turn onto Columbia Ave, you will be passing 
the dining hall on your left and Claremont Mckenna Classrooms on yout right, 
continue down this road and take the first Left
follow this road for about 100 yards and there will be a building diagonal 
to your left (north west of you) the building is sunken in, so go down the 
stairs and look right, there will be signs that direct you towards the talk
(this building may be difficult to find, so the best thing may be to ask the 
fisrt person you see, where the Humanities Auditorium is)

from the south:
take the 5 freeway north to the 10 freeway east or take the 15 freeway north 
and take the 10 west
and then follw the rest of the directions as noted previously.
