JT Beggs & Riccardo will be sharing their gifts and passion in the kitchen, combining flavors from all over the world with fresh, local & wild foods.There will be some Highland-like games, archery & trade blanket. There will be time in the tipi and around the fire for stories & music. There will also be some drumming and storytelling with local Chumash elders Tataucho Muhuawit & Art Cisceneros, and open panel discussions & classes with Art Ludwig from Oasis Design, Warren Brush storyteller and permaculture extraordinaire, Ishmiel Lounsbury earth-based counselor, as well as Guner Tautrim & Loren Luyendyk permaculture and landscape specialists. We will have the blessing of many amazing instructors teaching classes such as

Hatchet making
Animal/fish processing
Hide-tanning
Leathercraft
Stalking/Tracking/Sacred Hunting
Bow-Making
& More!
This will be an intimate and amazing time learning and sharing skills and spending time in nature as men. Come slow down and hang out!
