Another perspective on blowers:Blowers are an invaluable tool in the landscape industry.  Anyone who weighs in on their utility should have to have used one to be considered knowledgeable.   Talk about first world problems!!  
If it’s just gas power that’s the issue, anyone who can afford to switch to battery power will never go back to gas. So if that’s the problem, just buy battery powered units for all the gardeners and problem is solved.  Don’t ban the working man’s tools.

What about the noises of home construction and repair? Street projects? Work that involves power tools is noisy. Are you going to ban all of that work?
