Completing the planting of a Berry Nice Yard, hands-on workshop, Sat Feb 25, 10:00 AM- 3:00 PM

A year ago we replaced the lawn at this Goleta home, diverted rainwater into the landscape, put in a few water wise foundation plants, fruit trees and berries, and added a laundry to landscape system. Now we're ready to fill in the yard with plants to create magical, sweet smelling and colorful garden. Join us!

Let's create beauty together! Give this evolving food forest a burst of color and scent, and learn about water wise plants and how to plant them, as well as some elements of landscape design.

Lunch, snacks, drinks, and tools will be provided.
