[Southern California Permaculture] MHG: July 17 - Friday Work-party 1-5

Please join us for our regular Third Friday Volunteer Work-party – 1-5pm 

 

This Friday we’re going to continue with the installation of our deep-drip irrigation system. The Irrigation Team have been hard at work bringing fresh drinking water to every MHG tree. Team leader John Jamison says that the trees in sector #1 are reporting little or no thirst and we are almost finished with sector #2 and will test it to much fanfare on Friday.  

 

Meanwhile, we’ll be continuing with all those essential garden maintenance tasks, and spending some time scratching our heads about how to help the garden cope with torrential downpours in the event of a super-El Nino.
