Bacon & Brine Whole Hog Roast—featuring locally raised pork and house made ferments. Local kombucha on tap by Conscious Kombucha and samples by Whole Foods Market - Santa Barbara, Cultured Cuisine and Jun Brewery.

Free to attend with food and beverages for sale to benefit the Santa Barbara Fermentation Festival and Fairview Gardens Center for Urban Agriculture. All ages welcome.
