Location: Ashevillage Sanctuary’s beautiful guest house and one-acre eco-urban demonstration site, and the surrounding area in and around Asheville, North Carolina
Schedule: Mondays thru Wednesdays + weekly electives. Long weekends allow for personal time, group excursions and exploration of the surrounding area.
Perennial Agriculture Immersion
Come experience a month of community and eco-living at the Ashevillage Sanctuary, headquarters of the Ashevillage Institute. Participate in a month of the Urban Farm School, and learn about Perennial Agriculture, gain real life skills and meet other amazing people who are passionate about creating the world they want to live in….Now!

LIFE IN ASHEVILLE, NC
Asheville, North Carolina is based in an ecological lush bioregion, surrounded by the oldest mountains on the planet, including the Blue Ridge, Smokey and Pisgah National Forests, as well as the Appalachian Trail. The food-centric downtown is hoppin! It’s full of local artisans, organic restaurants, farmer’s markets, street performers, yoga studios, and local everything. LODGING AT THE BEAUTIFUL ASHEVILLAGE SANCTUARY
Ashevillage Institute’s headquarters is based at the beautiful Ashevillage Sanctuary LLC. This site will be your living and learning laboratory for the month. The beautifully renovated eco-guest house will be your home. The shared house includes a spacious kitchen, common room, office, 1.5 bathrooms, wifi, laundry facilities and four bedrooms. You will be sharing a bedroom with one or two other participants. Other guests may also be staying at the house. The property is smoke-free, and alcohol is minimally used on site.
