[Scpg] Sun May 13/UCSB Green Chef Sustainable Cooking Competion

Love food, music, planet Earth, and maybe a hint of mystery? Join 
UCSB's Environmental Affairs Board on Sunday, May 13th for our 
quarterly Green Chef, a sustainable cooking competition featuring 
live music from local band and a guest speaker:
Emacs!



The challenge: Incorporate a seasonal mystery ingredient, provided by 
the Isla Vista Food Co-op, into a delicious vegetarian meal. Entries 
will be judged based on three criteria: sustainability, creativity, 
and taste. Winners will be awarded gift cards to the IV Co-op.

Don't want to cook? For just $2, you can sample and help judge all 
the dishes. To help us minimize waste, please bring your own plates 
and utensils.

This is a community event! All are welcome to participate!

Chefs will have several days to prepare a recipe and dish to bring to
