> Must be in good physical health – comfortable with tools such as shovel and wheel-barrel. Able to do intense physical work (wheel-barreling, digging, carrying heavy materials, tilling, etc.);
> Able to provide own transportation within City of Santa Barbara and Goleta;
> Confident on computer, adept with email, and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;
> Basic garden knowledge helpful but not necessary;
> Ability to work independently as well as with in a team;
