[Scpg] Fw: amazing ! solar tower proposed for 2016 olympics in rio

i wasn't clear if this was already built or just proposed to be built so  i 
looked it up! it is exciting to see that someone has come up with  this idea.  
at this point, it's an idea, a design submitted for a  competition, the drawings 
are conceptual drawings.  and what a concept!  how fun to see that someone is 
thinking along these lines.  can't wait  to see what manifests...
