I have just set up intake forms on the website, so we can get your 
information into our database.

The new buttons are at the top of the home page

Another button/form is on the way... "HELP, I NEED..." which will record 
general calls for help, for example, if someone needs a piece of 
equipment, tool, material, answer to a question, phone number, etc.

_NETWORKING_*

By registering with us, we can help you network and get connected with 
the right people and resources.

After you fill out the form, you can _invite friends and associates_ to 
do the same...

Click on the "Email this page to a friend" link in the upper right of 
the intake form pages.


_*REQUESTING FUNDING*_

Another new button/form coming soon will be for requesting funding.  As 
donations come in, we will be disbursing funds as rapidly as possible.  
For now, you can email us if you are interested in getting funding:
