My wife and I are selling our home...

It is in the awesome, quiet  Winchester Canyon neighborhood.  Our house
is across the street from a  beautiful creek and three houses down
there is a bridge that goes across to a  sweet park.  The backyard has
a young permaculture forest garden with an  herb spiral, vegetable
garden, and a plethora of fruit trees including apple,  fig, cherry,
pomegranate, plum, apricot, peach, avocado, and walnut.   Gopher
control is taken care of by a barn owl in the palm tree out  front.
