Hello everyone,

We have an opportunity to offer housing for inspired, responsible people
wishing to be part of a household in transition, creating an urban
demonstration site for sustainable living.  Presently initiating the
household are two individuals active in permaculture design, environmental
health, horticulture, culinary arts & community facilitation.  The house
would be for all to share which includes common living spaces, kitchen
privileges, Wi-Fi internet, washer & dryer.  This is a 3 bedroom house, with
2 full bathrooms, a large living space, fireplace, two car garage with lots
of storage space /shop area and many possibilities for front & backyard
gardening.

Rent is:
$900/month +1 month's deposit for the larger bedroom which has a private
entrance, bathroom and walk-in closet.
$600/month +1 month's deposit for a bedroom sharing a restroom.
Utilities are split.
