how to have a more beautiful garden with much less effort and expense.

Owen Dell is a Santa Barbara-based landscape architect and contractor 
specializing in sustainable and watershed-friendly landscape design 
and construction. He is also an author, lecturer, and long-time 
instructor with the Garden. Don't miss Owen and Billy Goodnick giving 
great gardening advice on their Garden Wise Guys  show, County TV:
