 We offer a rare opportunity to a CA registered (PE) Civil Engineer with a dynamic, aggressive, professional seller-doer personality, that is looking for a leadership position to develop and manage water and wastewater projects on a regional basis throughout Southern  California. Must have a BS/MS in Civil Engineering and 15+ years of California experience in the design of water and wastewater pipelines, pump stations, and treatment plants and in the preparation of water and wastewater master plans.  Required Qualifications: 
 BS/MS, Civil Engineering degree
 Registered Civil Engineer in CA (PE- Professional Engineer)
 15+ years of California experience in the design of water and wastewater pipelines, pump stations, and treatment plants and in the preparation of water and wastewater master plans. 
 This is a senior management level position reporting directly to the Managing Engineer in Orange   County, CA.
 
 Responsibilities:
 We are looking for a dynamic, aggressive,professional seller-doer that is looking for a leadership position to develop and manage water and wastewater projects on a regional basis. 
 There is already a strong management team, a technically strong staff, and clients to grow the program. Our other core competency, in transportation, provides a great cross-selling opportunity to foster growth. 
 
 Besides the leadership of this program- this position would include: 
 Development of marketing strategies 
 Additions of key staff 
 Mentoring and training of existing staff 
 Relationship development with our existing client base 
 Addition of key clients 
 Training in our Strategic Account Management Program 
 Support of our regional offices.
