[Scpg] CANCELLED this weekend Service Learning

This weekend's (August 25-26) Service Learning is CANCELLED as Highway 33 is closed to the public for fire fighting work on the Zaca Fire.
We'll reschedule for September when we have a better idea of our calendar and when the roads are reopened to the public.
