[Scpg] Intentional/sustainable community resource base?

Hi, Cory,
You have a great idea! Very much in the spirit of
community. I would very much like to be a part of a
sustainable intentional community and so would love to
know about any that might be forming in the Santa
Barbara area. If there are any, please let me know.
