good running condition (or needing minor repairs) that we could convert to
biodiesel, but other donations accepted.

Reply by email or call us at (213) 487-9340 if you or a friend has a car,
truck, camper, mobile home or any other vehicle they are not using. Please
support our environmental work.

Unlike other car donations, where your tax deduction is limited to the
actual sale price of the used vehicle, Earth Day LA can give you a tax
deduction up to the full current value of the car!  The reason for this is
that Earth Day LA will use the car in its charitable environmental work.
Your donation will completely and directly benefit Earth Day and its staff,
no middleman cut will be involved.

Or if your vehicle is NOT running, or is in need of major repairs, you can
call Cars for Causes at 800-766-2273 and specify you want to donate a car to
support Earth Day.  They will pick up your vehicle with a tow truck and give
you a receipt.  Your tax deduction will be determined by their actual sale
amount, less the tow charge.  You can maximize your contribution to charity
by driving the vehicle to the lot at 9740 Telfair Ave, Pacoima, CA 91331:
