[Scpg] Cooling Cupboard

I'm looking for information on cooling cupboards. It's a way to keep
food cool without a refrigerator. I'm interested in living without a
refrigerator and I know that some of the old houses have these
cupboards that kept food cool. Anyone know of any web resources I can
look up?
