Hi Wes & Listers,
Wes, you make some great points here and this is why I have been trying to
get Permaculture teachers to start thinking about producing some of their
own VIDEOS. Just think, a video is available anytime someone would want to
watch it...and it's never weather-dependent! On video, teachers can even
take viewers on field trips to distant PC sites...something that can't be
done at a workshop unless its part of a slideshow. Videos also mean PASSIVE
revenue for the teachers who create and sell them. What a concept: work once
and keep making money.
I'm am VERY interested in making PC videos for and with any certified PC
teachers who are interested. I have all the equipment necessary to produce
and edit a video and innovative ways to distribute it. If you can see the
value in what I am talking about here, get in touch. Up until now, so many
have been unable to understand the benefits of this powerful
medium....probably thinking that workshops were they only way to spread PC
knowledge. If we ever hope to have PC change the planet, we're gonna have to
do more than just hold occasional workshops!
All the best,
Paul Racko
