  California, with examples of straw bale, cob, light straw-clay,
  wattle-and-daub, round pole timber framing, natural paints and
  plasters, earthbag foundations, adobe floors, living roofs, passive
  solar design, and more. Learn to assess the most appropriate
  materials and techniques for your unique situation. This is a very
  practical course, offering daily skill-building on a wide range of
  natural building techniques (including most of the above),
  supplemented with slides, videos, and discussions. Location: Emerald
