Well there has been a spate of memos tempting us to Bolivia etcetera

however interesting since I once lived in Bolivia

but anyway, one may also delete prior to reading, especially if the location 
of the event is in the SUBJECT heading. My method is to delete at will prior 
to pulling it all in since I get tons of good stuff mixed in with the 
pleadings to become wealthy in partnership with some bogus expatriate from 
Zambia..........However I do post  memos about USDA or GMO news myself which 
might be seen as obscure.

So my inclination is to hear some more opinions and keep deleting prior to 
reading.
