[Scpg] Questions 4 Fullerton Area mulch and compost suppliers

Hey all,

Happy Labor Day!

Young family members of mine recently bought a run-down home in 
Fullerton.  It's got a large corner lot, and almost nothing worthy of the 
term landscaping.  These kids are young do-it-yourselfers, and want to know 
where to get mulch and compost in their new region.  In the San Diego area, 
municipalities give away compost and mulch, as much as you can haul.  We 
assumed that Fullerton does this too, but are sadly mistaken.  Where does 
all the greenwaste go in that area?  Where can they find  free compost and 
mulch?
