[Scpg] Co-housing in Ventura County

Hello all

Have you ever considered joining a co-housing community? Do you want to live 
in a passive solar home? Are you interested in permaculture? 

I would like to know what level of interest there might be in discussing a 
co-housing development in Ventura County (Ojai?). I am especially interested 
in contact with people that can bring ASSETS to the discussion: money or real 
estate.
