I wanted to remind you about the Permaculture Convergence going on this Saturday and Sunday at Sky Mountain Institute.  You will find hands on greywater, rainwater, and earthworks workshops as well as plenty of food, soil, animal husbandry workshops!

> On November 9th and 10th, Sky Mountain Institute is hosting the fall San Diego Permaculture convergence. Over twenty of the top permaculture specialists in San Diego will gather to lead attendees through the design and implementation process of home, medium and large scale rainwater harvesting and food forest systems through lectures and hands-on workshops. 
> We will be using a backhoe to dig two different pond and swale rainwater harvesting systems capable of harvesting over 400,000 and 600,000 gallons of rainwater per year, and there will also be home-scale demonstration projects that can be replicated in backyards.
