Hi all my Permabuddies,
To refresh your memories, I'm a graduate of the Lyle Center for
Regenerative Studies at Cal Poly Pomona, and live in Northwest
Carlsbad. I'm one of those blind guys you may have seen volunteering for
Dr Bill Roley, Bob Bolles, and the Hubbells, or on the beach, around town,
and at farmers markets. I enjoy tandem cycling, gardening, and volunteering.
Did you know that 10% of the working-aged population is legally blind,
visually-impaired, or blind? I've got a See's Candies fundraiser for one
of my blindness organizations. We've got the same goodies as any See's
store, or their online shop. Y'know the drill, the company lets us
circulate catalogs and order forms, then we get a piece of the action. You
can look at their web site: http://www.sees.com
If you don't see exactly what you want, I may still be able to get it for
you. The web site and the holiday catalog only show their most popular
items.
We're an all volunteer 501 (c) 3 nonprofit, raising money that goes to
exceptional blind students, research, and community education. Just
remember to order from me. I'll take orders up to the morning of December
2nd, with delivery on the 5th & 6th. If you are planning to give See's
candies to coworkers, friends, and family, please PLEASE order them from
me! My prices are the same as the store, cheaper than the Internet, and
you get to meet me, too! ;-)
Thanks, and I'll deliver to your door, or any local destination! Contact
me by email, if you want and don't already have my phone #.)
