PERMACULTURE CERTIFICATE DESIGN
COURSE
Scott Pittman
2 Weeks, June 7th to 21st
Tuition: $780.00, includes lunch
This is a 72-hour permaculture certification
course on campus and includes
lectures, demonstrations, hands-on work, field
trips, and evening activities.
Permaculture is a design system and set of
principles (care for the earth, care for
people, share the surplus) that integrates all
the aspects of living sustainably on the
land.
Drawing on indigenous knowledge as well as
contemporary innovations,
permaculture teaches pattern thinking and the
principles for designing site-specific
environments, be they backyards, farms, or
watersheds in rural or urban areas.
People all over the world use permaculture
principles and methods to create
environments that work with nature while
benefiting people and providing food,
energy, shelter and other material and
non-material needs.
This course may be taken alone or as part of
