[Los Angeles, CA Permaculture] Small room for rent in Glassell Park, LA (1/4 acre garden property)

Hello,

We have a small room for rent in Glassell Park, shared bathroom, washer
dryer in house, $700 per month including utilities.

The house sits on 1/4 acre of trees and gardens.  Looking for a WAPF and
permaculture oriented roommate.  If you love to do organic gardening, this
would be a great opportunity.  If you have a friendly, well-behaved dog
under 45 lbs that can work our as well.  We have a friendly, playful dog
here.  We are a married couple.  One of us works from home and one of us
works 50-70hrs a week.

Lots of outdoor space here to clear your head.  We are a laid-back couple
and we spend our free time when at home cooking and watching movies on our
projector.
