Small 2 bedroom house on 1/2 acre lot will be for rent in August, $2000.00 per month. Fireplace, AC, off street parking, small pet friendly, (there is a dog door for small dogs). Washer-Dryer, gas stove, refrigerator. Very quiet and private, cul de sac street so no through traffic and the house is high on the hill so protected from street noise etc. Lots of garden space, require tenants that like gardening. Basic gardening is provided but tenant will need to take care of some things.
