You are invited to a tour of a few Permaculture-inspired projects in the heart of the suburban wilderness, the San Fernando Valley, hosted by Transition SFV, parent organization for the San Fernando Valley Time Exchange.
The tour and pizza party potluck will take place on Saturday afternoon, April 28th, and will feature two home redesigns - works in progress - of PDC graduates, as well as a school garden in North Hollywood that is being slowly reactivated thanks to a partnership of Master Gardeners and TreePeople. Come to one or all of the sites, or just join us for a DIY pizza baked in a custom-made Ray Cirino cob oven. Get great ideas and meet folks with similar interests. We will also have an orientation at the party for local residents interested in the San Fernando Valley Time Exchange.
What: Permaculture Tour & Pizza Party Potluck
When: Saturday afternoon, April 28th
Where: Various locations in North Hollywood & Sherman Oaks
RSVP: Reply to sfvtimeexchange at gmail.com - a schedule with times and addresses will be sent to participants.

Also, if you're in the area of Burbank tomorrow (April 21st) between the hours of 11-4, stop by the Burbank Recycle Center, 500 South Flower Street between Verdugo and Providencia, for the Burbank Earth Day Family Fair, where we'll be hosting a Transition information table.
