HM157 is still looking for the right 2 resident artists to join our cooperative collective... to be an artist, you do not need the ability to draw... but you do have to have a determined spirit that can envision & initiate a much healthier world.
PLEASE pass the word about our very special Community Creative space... it is of the utmost importance that we find the right individuals to live & work with .... for the wrong people have stunted our growth & happiness in the past... so we are mighty choosey these days*

More InfoHM157 is seeking a new resident artist to move in & join our creative collective community in July & August****

We are also open to a one month sublet for those interested in visiting Los Angeles or as an experiment.

We are an artist's collective that is focused on making the world a better place ! We promote self-sufficiency & use ecologically-minded practices as much as possible. Our living and working space consists of a large Victorian house and three mobile homes in back. 

One of the living spaces will be available in July for $550 + deposit & one will be open in August. The deposit may be paid over time if you have a lot to offer the collective...

The ideal candidate for this would be a gardener with interest in Permaculture, a crafts person who knows how to swing a hammer ( ideally you have actual tools*), a tech-savvy videographer or a clothing designer that can sew & make patterns/drape & etc... we are just throwing this out there... we are open minded.

Having some organizational skills is a must*

Please note that we have concerts and workshops, mostly on the weekends, at our space. We hope to find someone who will to be involved with these events and with our collective endeavors. We are very involved with our community & making our outdoor space/garden heavenly.... so please do not apply if you are too busy to be a team player*
