Good day Permies*
HM157 ( Historical Monument # 157 ) is seeking 2 new Resident artistsDecember 1st. The larger living space is a 1960 school bus conversion for $650 & the other is a very nice RV for $550, both include utilities & 24 hr access to the Victorian Mansion in which you are welcome to create. The Property has a large yard in front for gardening + 6 bio bins & Grey water materials... 
The Pods ( The private living quarters ) are located behind our Landmark Victorian in a very large, paved, fenced in parking lot. 
Amenities include : A claw foot bathtub, a small kitchen, an out door kitchen ( If a hard core permie can help make it happen ) high speed Internet, a Time banking system with Yoga & Vegan dinner every Tuesday & a very diverse grouping of loving artists to collaborate with ! 
The deposit can be paid over time if it's a Love connection between us*
