[Lapg] Malibu "Vital Zuman" organic farm for sale?

Hey folks,

Not sure of the current situation, but from their facebook page and other 
sources, it seems that Vital Zuman Farm is in financial trouble and is 
entertaining selling to City of Malibu.  This plan would entail ballfields, a 
cafe, parking lot....!   Might be a tragic loss of 50 years of organic 
farming/soil building on six acres by the ocean off PCH near Zuma/Pt Dume.  The 
site has hosted educational farm field trips for kids, has a small produce store 
and has supported over 200 WWOOF interns over the years.  Perhaps someone knows 
of a purchasing/funding opportunity?  Price supposedly about $3M, includes home.
