[Lapg] composting toilets

I wrote the County of San Bernardino Dept. of Health regarding composting
toilets. They have not approved them. Please write your local reps and
encourage their use.
Composting toilets have advanced over the years. most of your national parks
and rest stops use them succcessfully with little odor. The EPA has approved
them.
The southwest has a major water shortage problem that creates many problems.
Composting toilets would help gratly and get people out of the flush and
forget mentality.
