[Lapg] jack todd streets

This att. is from the book bioshelters and ocean arks. It was written by
nancy and jack todd. 'they designed the arcata california sewage treatment
pant as a park / estuary.
The drawing is what I'd like to see in l.a.. the car will have to defer to
rhe pedestrian.
