Evolver Los Angeles would like to invite you to out next Spore.
Come one, come all, and bring your family and friends for an
open discussion around nutrition, diet, the food business, urban soil
husbandry,  and the idea that you
are what you eat. 

So what do we eat? 

Well we will all examine new and old diets and discuss which
ones might be just right for you.  

As well as some join in on some taste tests and information
provided by the Carly Balsz, R.N., from the Healing Movement. 

Please bring a fork and a cup, and feel free to bring healthy yummy snacks that you've
made or from a restaurant or co-op you support. As well as share recipes or
other insightful food related info. 

You are the event and the event is you, bring all and everything your
feel so inclined and comfortable to share.

Please feel free to invite chefs and or organic and raw food
business owners or anyone who has something to share, and or sample, with the
community. 

Flyers, information and other resources will be available
and a table will be laid out if you have any other information you'd like the
LA Evolvers to be aware of.  

Please
feel free to bring your bidness cards, or any other pertinent information that
needs circulation.

This group and meeting is for you, please email or contact
me psychically if you have any questions or requests.

This Event is free, but donations are very much welcomed, as
this is a not for profit organization, run on sweat and love, and our location
was generously donated despite the hard financial times.

There’s a lot of love out there and we’re all converging, to
share, and spread the love it takes for us all to be the change we want to see
in the world.
