I was wondering if there was anyone in the L.A. area (or beyond) you might suggest we could contact that would help us on permaculturally-oriented mushroom growing: classes, stock, etc. We hope to connect it with either a simple aquaculture system in southeast county or a future permaculture education center demonstration (we're planning) within citysphere (somewhere) eventually. Please forward this as needed. Looking forward to your reply...
