The Green Economy Think-Tank Day will convene leaders and decision
makers from various private and public sectors now building our
greater Los Angeles green, sustainable economy. This day will focus on
ways to further catalog and synergize the myriad of existing
connections. It will also be opportunity to better understand the
dynamics needed to grow the regional green economy. The Think-Tank day
will:
Provide a community platform to prioritize collective short and
long-range objectives.
Identify barriers, challenges and potential solutions to growing
our region’s green economy.
Define meaningful benchmarks, feedback systems and indicators to
assess progress.
Support new partnership opportunities, and strengthen existing ones.
Examine ways to interact with organizations seeking to improve
systems that impact community health, and engage diversity.
Serve as an idea incubator to inspire new efforts and advance
existing practices.
