Please feel free to call me also for more info on neighborhood amenities
and/or how to approach these managers. Because there are so many
vacancies in the area, these managers/owners may be willing to negotiate
some lower rental fees, assuming credit reports are good. These
opportunities are within the jurisdiction of the new Beverly-Vermont
Community Land Trust (BVCLT) which will be acquiring more properties in
the next few years to ensure permanently affordable ecological housing
for low to moderate income households in the area.

The more eco-oriented residents there are in and around LAEV and the
BVCLT, the greater will be our collective strength in demonstrating the
processes for making neighborhoods more sustainable.

Happy holidays to all.

Best wishes,
