The class will take place over six weekends this summer beginning in June
with optional workdays and study groups and cover all topics and course
requirements for completing a Certificate in Permaculture Design. In total,
there will be 72 hours of instruction time. Most class meetings will be held
at the Garden with field trips to nearby sites. This is an engaging course
taught in a progressive environment. It just may change the way you see your
role in the care of the Earth. Opportunities are here for connecting with
like-minded folks to create new ventures.
Presenters include the SF Botanical Garden Society's Fred Bove, No. CA
Permaculture Guild's Kat Steele, Kevin Bayuk from the Urban Alliance for
Sustainability, Occidental Arts and Ecology Center's Brock Dolman.
