[Lapg] Portland bike system

Hi all,
   
  I am looking for information on the bicycle system in Portland, OR.  They used to have a free shared bike network, does anyone know anything about it?  I can't find any links.  Is it still around?  If not, anyone have any resources on what bike programs there are up there and where to look?
