[Lapg] city repair

I would really like to learn more about the city
repair that you folks were a part of.  I live in santa
monica, want to do an intersection repair, but have
issues with the city.  Did you folks get city approval
for what you did?  Who did you speak to if so?  Any
other facts or info I should know?  Maybe I can come
and speak with you, thanks
