[Central Coast CA Permaculture] The Regenerative Career Guide Is Finally Available!!

thanks so much for focusing on this topic.  a large sub topic is 'equity,' and access to or denial of equity.  most of these regenerative livelihoods are land based.  land in CA is extremely expensive.  
age is a vital factor.  namely, the youth have been and continue to be dispossessed in aggressive ways.

| 35 – 44 | $45,740 |
| 45 – 54: | $100,404 |
| 55 – 64: | $164,498 |
| 65 – 69: | $193,833 |
| 70 – 74: | $225,390 |
| 65+: | $202,950 |
| 75+: | $197,758 |

under 35 is $6,900 per family!  where are we supposed to get the down payments, financing, land access and any sort of equity to begin any of these projects?  what do those of you in higher age brackets (and therefore, those of you that have more access to wealth and equity) going to do to address this huge disparity in equality?  
otherwise.. it is the same story painted a different color.  otherwise just another person who has wealth and equity, making profits off the backs of those who have nothing.    
how are we supposed to gain access to land?  equity?  financing?  why are we kept at $7k on average per family up through our 30's?  why are those in the 45-64 age bracket not sharing?   isn't one of our main ethics the redistribution of surplus?   
 these are the real questions.  kind regardsD
