FREE!! SAT 2/15, 10am  - Tour two sites that showcase water wise landscaping techniques and learn how they can be implemented at your home or property.



The SB Association of Realtors project (pictured above) was recently awarded a 2013 Water Heroes award by the City of SB! Come learn about the project with Daniel Wilson of Wilson Environmental Contracting Inc. and Jeff Adams of Watershed Management Group. After touring this site we will walk 3 blocks to visit the Spencer Adams Ocean Friendly Garden on De la Vina with Santa Barbara Ocean Friendly Garden chairman and local landscape professional Rob Lane. 

Urban runoff from gardens and hard surfaces is the #1 source of ocean pollution.The Surfrider Foundation "Ocean Friendly Garden" program works through education, hands-on training and policy changes to curb ocean pollution with CPR (Conservation, Permeability and Retention) to revive our watersheds and oceans. 

Meet at the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors, 1415 Chapala (parking available on-site).
