[Ccpg] 405 Los Angeles Freeway Closed this Weekend/Stay Home Save Gas & Emissions

In case anyone has somehow missed all the announcements to avoid Los 
Angeles this week end because of congestion due to the closure of the 
405 freeway (some referring to as "Carmaggedon") here are the hours 
and days the freeway will be closed.

405 freeway closed 7pm Friday, July 15th through 5am Monday, July 18th

by the way, the work on this freeway to add one extra lane and other 
improvements will cost a little over a billion dollars.  A billion 
dollars, for one stretch of freeway, in one state.  Who knew we were so rich!
