of California, Santa Cruz and owner of the winery, Condor's Hope. Come and

rooted in the past can be applied to modern-day agriculture.

Instructor Information

Dr. Steve Gliessman is a Professor of Agroecology at the University of
California, Santa Cruz. He also owns the winery, Condor's Hope. He is the
