Permaculture is a whole design science that reflects natural patterning and
promotes mutually beneficial relationships. The three main ethics -- Care
of the Earth, Care of the People, and Return of the Surplus -- are adopted
from indigenous peoples from around the world. The concepts and themes
found in permaculture help us rediscover our responsibility and place in
the natural world. This year the Solar Living Institute is excited to offer
a variety of permaculture workshops including three five-day intensives
throughout the seasons and an advanced course for practicing
permaculturalists. Our talented teaching team is diverse and enthusiastic
and will empower you with skills to be the change you wish to see in the world.
