permaculture in Santa Cruz

This is specifically to Rain and others on the list interested, but
there are a few "permacultural" happenings in Santa Cruz. The community
here is surpringly unorganized when it comes to permaculture.
Regardless, there are a few core people here who are working at a very
small level to achieve some progress. Please feel free to contact me and
I will introduce you to some practitioners and teachers in the area who

There is also the agroecology program at the UC which is substantial and
well aligned with permacultural process and ethics. Hope that is helpful
