will educate you about cutting edge sustainability in homes, gardens, and
autos.

day of the tour at Pacific Energy Company in San Luis Obispo, 2121 Santa
Barbara Street.

Pacific Energy Company - powered by a grid-intertie photovoltaic electric
system, and the source of many goods and services for energy efficiency
and solar utilization.
The Morrissey residence - a Los Osos home remodeled for solar efficiency
and function, with creek restoration and endangered species-friendly
landscaping.
The Bresnan residence - a Los Osos straw bale passive solar home on a site
landscaped to preserve natural pygmy oaks.
A Permaculture Garden designed by Larry Santoyo, who will be present to
discuss gardening techniques.
The Semmes residence in Atascadero - a straw bale home with passive solar
features, recycled woodwork, and native landscape restoration.
A bi-fuel car exhibit at Salsitas Restaurant in Atascadero.
The San Luis Sustainability Group complex, featuring multiple structures
with solar design and straw bale construction.
